Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as a washing machine. The property features 2 private open terraces. Additionally, a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June 1st to September 30th) is available for your use. A parking space is available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
